Oh, it smells soooo good! Sea salt and cactus flower soy candle made by Marée Chandelles in a look exclusive to Shop moi ça. Soy wax is 100% natural and gentle on the environment, as it gives off no soot when burned.
As soon as it lights up, you'll be transported to a crackling desert under the blazing sun, with saline scents tickling your nostrils. Imagine floral and herbaceous notes, delicately scented with fresh melon. And to top it all off, subtle touches of golden wheat and spring peony complete the olfactory experience. Available as a limited edition.
USE
We recommend that you use your candle for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours, and that you are always present when it is burning. It's important to keep it out of the reach of children and pets. Also, always cut the wick before each use so that it is about 1/4 inch from the wax.
The jar can be given a second life, as soy wax cleans up very well in hot, soapy water.
Soy candles burn for an average of 50 hours (212ml).
DELIVERY
Which delivery company is responsible for delivering my box?
Shipping is available within Canada only. In Quebec and Ontario, shipping is via Canada Post, Nationex or Purolator. For volume orders, delivery may be made via other carriers.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address when confirming your order.
What are the shipping rates?
Standard shipping, Ontario and Quebec: free shipping for orders over 80$.
Standard shipping for orders under 80$: 9.95$, flat rate.
Standard shipping to other Canadian provinces: 14.99$, flat rate.
What is the delivery time for orders?
All boxes will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment of the order. Allow 1-2 business days for delivery. Please note that personalized items and special requests may cause additional delays.
I need my order to be delivered ASAP. Do you have any accelerated delivery options?
Other than direct pick-up at our Gatineau workshop, a minimum of 24 working hours is required for shipping. Same-day delivery is currently not possible.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is handed over to Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Click on the link and track your order whenever you like!
Please note that if you miss your delivery, your package will be handed over to the closest post office. You will then have 5 business days to collect it before the package is sent back to us. Should you wish for a second delivery attempt, it is your responsibility to contact Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post within the 5 business days deadline. If the package is sent back to us, we can arrange to have it shipped out again at your request and you will be charged for all costs and fees.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Can I make an exchange?
Yes, exchanges are accepted. Kindly get in touch with us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Please note that you will be charged for all shipping fees related to the exchange (returning the original order and shipping for the new order).
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. If you experience any issues with your order, we ask you to kindly get in touch with us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Please provide pictures and make notes of all issues and defects. We will examine your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
For all modifications or cancellations, kindly get in touch with us as soon as possible by sending us an email at info@shopmoica.ca. We will not accept any requests for modifications or cancellation after the order has been shipped.
