The Feeling Pine box includes:

Douglas Fir Candle 20h, Lucia PureLiving: The scent of pine needles, undergrowth and green buds are bewitching. This candle made in Quebec allows you to smell for 20 hours the resinous wood of the pine trees of the snowy forests.

Candle chisel, Marée Chandelles: The principle of the chisel is the same as a classic chisel, but instead of a pointed end, its end is curved so that the wick is cut to perfection. This prevents it from producing soot and makes it burn more evenly. When the wick is properly cut, the candle's flame is also much nicer and it prevents the formation of a soot ring around the container. Your candle remains impeccable throughout its life!

Balsam Fir Soap, Les Savons Milca:
Offered in limited edition, this soft and purifying seasonal winter soap has a fresh outdoor scent. The essential oil of organic balsam fir from Quebec opens the door to the forest and its sublime fragrance. DELIVERY

Which delivery company is responsible for delivering my box?

Shipping is available within Canada only. In Quebec and Ontario, shipping is via Canada Post, Nationex or Purolator. For volume orders, delivery may be made via other carriers.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address when confirming your order.

What are the shipping rates?

Standard shipping, Ontario and Quebec: free shipping for orders over 80$.
Standard shipping for orders under 80$: 9.95$, flat rate.
Standard shipping to other Canadian provinces: 14.99$, flat rate.

What is the delivery time for orders?

All boxes will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment of the order. Allow 1-2 business days for delivery. Please note that personalized items and special requests may cause additional delays.

I need my order to be delivered ASAP. Do you have any accelerated delivery options?

Other than direct pick-up at our Gatineau workshop, a minimum of 24 working hours is required for shipping. Same-day delivery is currently not possible.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is handed over to Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Click on the link and track your order whenever you like!

Please note that if you miss your delivery, your package will be handed over to the closest post office. You will then have 5 business days to collect it before the package is sent back to us. Should you wish for a second delivery attempt, it is your responsibility to contact Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post within the 5 business days deadline. If the package is sent back to us, we can arrange to have it shipped out again at your request and you will be charged for all costs and fees.


RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our products are carefully selected and packed with the utmost care, and we want to give you the best unboxing experience.

Can I make an exchange?

Yes, exchanges are accepted. Kindly get in touch with us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Please note that you will be charged for all shipping fees related to the exchange (returning the original order and shipping for the new order).

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. If you experience any issues with your order, we ask you to kindly get in touch with us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Please provide pictures and make notes of all issues and defects. We will examine your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

For all modifications or cancellations, kindly get in touch with us as soon as possible by sending us an email at info@shopmoica.ca. We will not accept any requests for modifications or cancellation after the order has been shipped.
