This Happy Hour Box features:
Wooden charcuterie board, La Shop AC / DC: The top accessory for presenting gourmet items from the 5 to 7 box. Its versatility makes it reusable for all occasions, including the presentation of desserts. Custom made in Gatineau.
Tomato and basil crackers, Malterre: A cracker combining zucchini, peppers and ripe tomatoes. The malt base is ground into fine flour, giving it a silkier texture. Made with salsa from local company Retour aux sources. Each cracker is handmade to counteract food waste without skimping on pleasure. Malterre collaborates with local microbreweries to give a second life to their succulent beer draff.
Classic duck rillettes, Les Canardises: These 100% duck rillettes are carefully prepared with the finest pieces of duck and top quality ingredients, such as hand-pulled duck confit. Wines and spirits: White wine from the Loire or Burgundy, Reds of your selection.
Pearl onion confit with lemon balsamic, La Belle Excuse: Made with fortified wine from their vineyard and lemon vinegar. Brighten up your grilled cheese made with cheeses from here and artisan bread. In a simple baguette with ham and strong cheddar, with cold meats, cheeses or smoked salmon. To accompany quiches and meat pies, a mash, a squash gratin or a dauphinoise… or if you have no choice, champagne and foie gras!
Cognac Sausage, Charcuterie Le Porc-Épique: We love these dry pork sausages, with a slightly smoky taste and a light taste of cognac. It can be kept for 6 months at room temperature by being sealed.
Fresh Tomato & Vanilla Spread, L'atelier sucré by Marie-Ève Langlois: Made with Quebec tomatoes and fresh vanilla beans, this spread is sure to surprise. Its sweet taste is the perfect accompaniment to cheeses and charcuterie. For a touch of whimsy, don't hesitate to add it to homemade ice cream.
DELIVERY
Which delivery company is responsible for delivering my box?
Shipping is available within Canada only. In Quebec and Ontario, shipping is via Canada Post, Nationex or Purolator. For volume orders, delivery may be made via other carriers.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address when confirming your order.
What are the shipping rates?
Standard shipping, Ontario and Quebec: free shipping for orders over 80$.
Standard shipping for orders under 80$: 9.95$, flat rate.
Standard shipping to other Canadian provinces: 14.99$, flat rate.
What is the delivery time for orders?
All boxes will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment of the order. Allow 1-2 business days for delivery. Please note that personalized items and special requests may cause additional delays.
I need my order to be delivered ASAP. Do you have any accelerated delivery options?
Other than direct pick-up at our Gatineau workshop, a minimum of 24 working hours is required for shipping. Same-day delivery is currently not possible.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is handed over to Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Click on the link and track your order whenever you like!
Please note that if you miss your delivery, your package will be handed over to the closest post office. You will then have 5 business days to collect it before the package is sent back to us. Should you wish for a second delivery attempt, it is your responsibility to contact Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post within the 5 business days deadline. If the package is sent back to us, we can arrange to have it shipped out again at your request and you will be charged for all costs and fees.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our products are carefully selected and packed with the utmost care, and we want to give you the best unboxing experience.
Can I make an exchange?
Yes, exchanges are accepted. Kindly get in touch with us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Please note that you will be charged for all shipping fees related to the exchange (returning the original order and shipping for the new order).
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. If you experience any issues with your order, we ask you to kindly get in touch with us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Please provide pictures and make notes of all issues and defects. We will examine your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
For all modifications or cancellations, kindly get in touch with us as soon as possible by sending us an email at info@shopmoica.ca. We will not accept any requests for modifications or cancellation after the order has been shipped.
