How does the surprise box work?
- You select the value of the box: $40 (3-4 surprises) OR $60 (5-7 surprises)
- You can specify the child's age in the order note. Important note: Special requests for themes or products are not guaranteed.
- Let us create your dream box and look forward to receiving it!
- Each surprise box is unique! Contents vary according to inventory, season and box value. For specific contents, opt instead for one of our ready-to-ship boxes.

- Beauty products: lipgloss, eco-friendly nail polish, body butter, hair products, shower gel, etc.

DELIVERY
Which delivery company is responsible for delivering my box?
Shipping is available within Canada only. In Quebec and Ontario, shipping is via Canada Post, Nationex or Purolator. For volume orders, delivery may be made via other carriers.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address when confirming your order.
What are the shipping rates?
Standard shipping, Ontario and Quebec: free shipping for orders over 80$.
Standard shipping for orders under 80$: 9.95$, flat rate.
Standard shipping to other Canadian provinces: 14.99$, flat rate.
What is the delivery time for orders?
All boxes will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment of the order. Allow 1-2 business days for delivery. Please note that personalized items and special requests may cause additional delays.
I need my order to be delivered ASAP. Do you have any accelerated delivery options?
Other than direct pick-up at our Gatineau workshop, a minimum of 24 working hours is required for shipping. Same-day delivery is currently not possible.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is handed over to Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Click on the link and track your order whenever you like!
Please note that if you miss your delivery, your package will be handed over to the closest post office. You will then have 5 business days to collect it before the package is sent back to us. Should you wish for a second delivery attempt, it is your responsibility to contact Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post within the 5 business days deadline. If the package is sent back to us, we can arrange to have it shipped out again at your request and you will be charged for all costs and fees.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our products are carefully selected and packed with the utmost care, and we want to give you the best unboxing experience.
Can I make an exchange?
Yes, exchanges are accepted. Kindly get in touch with us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Please note that you will be charged for all shipping fees related to the exchange (returning the original order and shipping for the new order).
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. If you experience any issues with your order, we ask you to kindly get in touch with us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Please provide pictures and make notes of all issues and defects. We will examine your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
For all modifications or cancellations, kindly get in touch with us as soon as possible by sending us an email at info@shopmoica.ca. We will not accept any requests for modifications or cancellation after the order has been shipped.
No invoice will be added to the gift box.
You will be able to include a note in a nice greeting card or add a personalized note on a Shop moi ça card in your cart.
