How much time should be expected for a custom project?

It depends on factors such as volume, product selection, the level of customization, required approvals, and logistics. A custom project can take 2 to 6 weeks from the time the order is confirmed until delivery to the recipients. If you have a specific deadline to meet, please let us know at the start of the project. We can then confirm with you what is possible and establish an appropriate timeline.
What are the steps from planning to delivery for custom gift boxes?
- We’ll review your submitted form.
- We’ll get back to you with a proposed gift selection and pricing.
- Once the proposal is approved, we’ll confirm the order volume, delivery date and gift box personalization options.
- An electronic invoice will be sent to you for payment.
- Once payment is received, we’ll get to work on ordering and assembling your gifts.
- We’ll confirm the delivery details before shipping.
What is the minimum order for a custom project?
For custom contents and packaging:
Minimum of 24 gift boxes valued at $40 or more (or a minimum order value of $960).
For projects in November and December, minimum of 48 gift boxes valued at $40 or more (or a minimum order value of $1,920 + tax).
What packaging personalization options are available?

Can you find products specifically for our project?
Yes. Product research and curation are part of our customized service. We can draw on our network, search for new products tailored to your project, or incorporate customizable items. Our experiences highlight local products that are carefully selected from businesses across Canada.
Can we include alcohol in the gift boxes?
Unfortunately, Quebec’s alcohol regulator (RACJ) does not allow service businesses to resell or handle alcoholic products.
However, we offer a great selection of alcohol-inspired products that are perfect for creating elevated, festive gift boxes.
Can I personalize the gifts with our branding?
Absolutely. We offer a wide selection of customizable products from Canadian businesses, with options for a range of budgets.

Yes. It is possible to incorporate certain products or elements that you provide into your project. Tell us what you’d like to include so we can work with you to determine the best way to integrate them into the experience.
Where do you deliver?
WE SHIP ACROSS CANADA!
Our studio is located in Gatineau, Quebec, right on the Ontario border.
We are not currently shipping directly to the United States while tariffs remain in effect.
How do you manage delivery to multiple addresses?
Our coordinator will send you an address template to complete. The client is responsible for ensuring that all addresses provided are accurate.
Shop moi ça will import the address list into our shipping software and flag any invalid addresses for verification or replacement. The client is responsible for providing updated information promptly to avoid shipping delays.
Any returned packages or address changes will be reported to you and additional charges will apply.
Can we set up a corporate account for the online store?
We offer businesses and associations Corporate Privilege Access based on a minimum purchase volume. Enjoy an exclusive discount on our online store and choose freely from our selection of gift boxes whenever the need arises.
You can also replace our standard packaging with packaging customized in your brand colours.

Do you have a corporate referral program?
For every referral that results in an order of 24 gift boxes or more from a new client, we’ll thank you with a $50 gift card valid on our online store.
To refer a new client:
- Share the link to our Corporate Gifting pages with the person you’re referring.
- When they complete the quote request form, they simply need to enter your name or email address in the referral field.
- Once the order is confirmed and delivered, you’ll receive your gift card by email.
It’s that simple! Just share the link and remind them to include your name as their referral.
