We invite you to write to inquire. Our boxes are offered in small quantities and for a limited time. Since they are made up of products sourced from various local businesses, artisans and producers, the stock is not guaranteed and varies over the months. For these reasons, some boxes may be replenished while others will be discontinued. Please note that if the desired box is out of stock indefinitely, we will still be happy to work with you to deliver a custom box that will meet your needs!

Standard delivery in Ontario and Quebec is offered free of charge for all purchases of $80 or more OR for all purchases of $150 or more for remote areas and all other Canadian provinces.
For orders under the free delivery threshold in Quebec-Ontario, the fixed price is $9.95 or $14.95 depending on the zone. For all other Canadian provinces, delivery is offered at a fixed price of $15.99.
During high volume periods in November and December, shipping times may be longer than 72 business hours. All in-stock boxes will ship within 48-72 hours of order payment under normal circumstances. Allow 1-2 business days for delivery from Purolator or Canada Post. Shop moi ça will do everything possible to honor the preparation of the package according to the selected future reception date but cannot guarantee the respect of this date once the package is picked up by Purolator. Please note that custom items and special requests may cause additional delays. Times applicable to special orders will be confirmed to you prior to order payment.

Delivery is available in Canada only. In Quebec and Ontario, delivery is made through Purolator or Canada Post. Upon request, delivery can be made through Canada Post. For other Canadian provinces or remote areas, delivery is made by either Purolator or Canada Post. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address when you confirm your order.

People of the greater Gatineau-Ottawa area: To schedule a free pickup at our workshop, select the Pickup option when purchasing. This is done at our workshop Monday through Thursday until December 23 from 9am to 4pm at 444 St-René East, Gatineau, QC, J8P 8A9. Hours may be extended in December, contact us by messenger if needed.
Other option: Virtual gift card! Valid for shopping on the Shop moi ça website, it will be sent by email at the time of ordering. No gift certificates are sent by mail.
Once your package is in the hands of Purolator or Canada Post, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow its progress. You will be able to track your package at any time.
Please note that in case of absence at the time of delivery, the package will be sent to the nearest Purolator/Canada Post office. You will then have 5 business days to retrieve your package or it will be returned to us. It is your responsibility to contact us or Purolator/Canada Post if you wish to make a 2nd delivery attempt before the 5 day deadline.. In the event that the carrier is unable to fulfill the delivery (wrong address, package not picked up, address not found, etc.), the package will be returned to us. Upon its return to the workshop, we will contact you to reroute the package (shipping charges apply) or refund the order minus the return shipping charges ($14.99).

Yes, an exchange is possible. If for any reason you would like to make an exchange, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. Please note that the shipping costs related to the exchange (return of the product and return of a new product) will be at your expense.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
All purchases are final. For any problem, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We ask that you provide a photo of the content you received and the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will make sure to investigate the situation as soon as possible.
