No, it does not. We intentionally do this so if you see a gift content you like but the title doesn’t necessary make sense for your recipient, you can still select the gift box based on contents and aesthetic rather than what we’ve named it.

We strive to make our boxes look as close to the photo as possible. However, we work with small suppliers and artisans who may alter their packaging slightly before we have a chance to update the photo

We invite you to write to inquire. Our boxes are offered in small quantities and for a limited time. Since they are made up of products sourced from various local businesses, artisans and producers, the stock is not guaranteed and varies over the months. For these reasons, some boxes may be replenished while others will be discontinued. Please note that if the desired box is out of stock indefinitely, we will still be happy to work with you to deliver a custom box that will meet your needs!

Of course! You have the option to include your personalized wishes in several ways. As you go through the check out process, you can add an audio-video message, a short handwritten note on a seasonal postcard, or a message in a greeting card for each box in your order. Your message will be placed inside the box.
Note that if you do not add a message to your order, your package will be sent anonymously..

Nope. Since we are sending gift boxes to gift recipients the majority of the time, no, we do NOT include a receipt inside the package. You, as a gift giver, will receive an email confirmation immediately upon placing your order which can serve as a receipt. If you need a more detailed receipt, you'll find a download link in the confirmation e-mail. Otherwise, please contact us at contact@shopmoica.ca and we'll be happy to help.

To order two or more boxes to different delivery addresses, you will need to place these as separate orders.. If you would like to order more than 10 boxes, or place a corporate volume order, please contact us at corpo@shopmoica.ca specifying the boxes you would like to order and the quantity, and we will be able to help you.

Please note that ordering items subject to melting is at your own risk. Shop moi ça cannot guarantee the quality of these items upon delivery. Shop moi ça does not issue refunds for items affected by heat once the package has been handed over to the carrier, regardless of the time of year. Depending on the delivery address, the package may be left outside or in a community mailbox by the carrier for a few hours.

To accommodate various allergies, food sensitivities and dietary preferences, we have designed options to meet these needs. Please refer to this collection to find options that meet your recipient's dietary needs. You could also consider sending one of our pampering/relaxation boxes instead of a food-based box. Depending on the gift of your choice, we may be able to add vegan, nut-free or gluten-free products for personalize your gift according to the needs of your recipient. To do this, send us an email at contact@shopmoica.ca. Please note that we cannot guarantee that our suppliers produce items in certified nut-free or gluten-free facilities.

We only ship gift boxes from Monday to Friday and on working days excluding public holidays, depending on our carriers' delivery schedules.

You bet! All you have to do is select your preferred delivery date at the basket confirmation stage. This date will serve us as a guide for delivery. We will do our best to deliver the package on the requested day, or the day before in the event of a public holiday. *Without guarantee considering that delivery is completed by a carrier.

All our boxes are packaged in a sturdy kraft box filled with crinkle paper. Fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap. Bubble wrap and a sheet of kraft paper cover the box which is then sealed with our decorative sleeve. Finally, the box is wrapped in a polymailer with a fragile sticker for shipping. If your order contains multiple boxes, these are wrapped together in one large box with identification on the side of each gift box.
For orders containing only individual items, these are carefully wrapped in a recycled box. -
Standard delivery in Ontario and Quebec is offered free of charge for all purchases of $80 or more OR for all purchases of $150 or more for remote areas and all other Canadian provinces.
For orders under the free delivery threshold in Quebec-Ontario, the fixed price is $9.95 or $14.95 depending on the zone. For all other Canadian provinces, delivery is offered at a fixed price of $15.99. -

Delivery is available in Canada only. In Quebec and Ontario, delivery is via Canada Post, Purolator or Nationex. For other Canadian provinces and remote areas, delivery is by Purolator or Canada Post. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address when confirming your order.

People of the greater Gatineau-Ottawa area: To schedule a free pickup at our workshop, select the Pickup option when purchasing. This is done at our workshop Monday through Thursday until December 23 from 9am to 4pm at 444 St-René East, Gatineau, QC, J8P 8A9. Hours may be extended in December, contact us by messenger if needed.
Other option: Virtual gift card! Valid for shopping on the Shop moi ça website, it will be sent by email at the time of ordering. No gift certificates are sent by mail.

Nope! Our process allows for the recipient to be surprised at their gift delivery - unless you reach out to them on your own. They do not receive any details from us except the actual gift.

Once your package is in the hands of Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow its progress. You will be able to track your package at any time.
Please note that in case of absence at the time of delivery, the package will be sent to the nearest Purolator/Canada Post office. You will then have 5 business days to retrieve your package or it will be returned to us. It is your responsibility to contact us or Purolator/Canada Post if you wish to make a 2nd delivery attempt before the 5 day deadline.. We use the services of Canada Post for certain shipments. The parcel may have been delivered to the post office box on the block or in the neighbourhood where the resident collects his or her letters and parcels.
If a parcel is indicated as delivered according to the tracking number, but the recipient has not received it, our customer service team will do everything possible to locate it by calling the carrier and opening a file with them. Beyond that, unfortunately, this is a rare situation that is beyond our control and may be attributable to a variety of reasons, including theft or loss of the package. We recommend that you file a claim with the carrier, and we'll be happy to do the same for you! -
In the event that the carrier is unable to fulfill the delivery (wrong address, package not picked up, address not found, etc.), the package will be returned to us. Upon its return to the workshop, we will contact you to reroute the package (shipping charges apply) or refund the order minus the return shipping charges ($14.99).

You can pick up your order in the workshop as soon as you receive the order pickup confirmation email. Order preparation time is 24 to 72 business hours (additional time possible in November-December).

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
The satisfaction of our customers and gift box recipients is our priority. Our products are carefully selected and packaged with care and we place great importance on the unboxing experience of our gift boxes.

Yes, an exchange is possible. If for any reason you would like to make an exchange, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. Please note that the shipping costs related to the exchange (return of the product and return of a new product) will be at your expense.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. -
All purchases are final. For any problem, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We ask that you provide a photo of the content you received and the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will make sure to investigate the situation as soon as possible.

We package all of our items very carefully to avoid damage in shipment, but it does happen from time-to-time. If any of your items were received damaged, please contact us within 1-3 business days with photos of damaged product, so that we may proceed with a claim and replacement if necessary.
We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for items that are claimed as damaged after 3 business days from the delivery date.

No problem at all! The billing address is used, in some cases, to validate the payment method only at the time of purchase. It has no impact on the order, and no paper invoice accompanies our shipped packages.
If, for company accounting purposes, an invoice in PDF format is required, please send your request to info@shopmoica.ca, specifying your order number.

Who is this from?! Look inside the box for a card with a signature or a card with a code to scan to view a video. But note some people do omit a note! If there's no card, please send an e-mail to contact@shopmoica.ca with your full name and mailing address, and we'll let you know the sender's identity as it appears in our billing information.
