I made a mistake in the shipping address when I ordered. What should I do?
You must contact our customer service department at contact@shopmoica.ca as soon as possible with the order number and new shipping address. Orders are often prepared and shipped quickly. Shop moi ça is not responsible for any charges incurred, lost or stolen packages sent to an incorrect address entered by a customer at the time of ordering. Which delivery company will deliver my box?
Delivery is available in Canada only. In Quebec and Ontario, delivery is made through Purolator. Upon request, delivery can be made through Canada Post.
For the other Canadian provinces, delivery is made by either Purolator or Canada Post.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address when confirming your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard delivery in Ontario and Quebec is free for all purchases of $80 or more.
For orders under $80, shipping is offered at a flat rate of $9.95.
For all other Canadian provinces, delivery is offered at a fixed price of $14.95.
How long does it take to ship my order?
All in-stock boxes will ship within 48-72 hours of order payment under normal circumstances. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery with Purolator. Shop moi ça will do everything possible to honor the preparation of the package according to the selected future reception date but cannot guarantee the respect of this date once the package is picked up by Purolator.
Please note that custom items and special requests may require additional time. Delivery times for special orders will be confirmed prior to payment of the order.
What are the delivery times during the holidays?
Christmas deadline: December 19 and December 15 for remote areas and other provinces. During high volume periods in November and December, shipping times may be longer than 72 business hours. All in-stock boxes will ship within 48-72 hours of order payment under normal circumstances.
We will do our best to meet the suggested delivery dates in a timely manner.
All in-stock boxes will be shipped faster following payment of the order under normal circumstances. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery with Purolator. Please note that custom items and special requests may require additional time. Special order lead times will be confirmed with you prior to payment of the order.
Can I track the delivery progress of my package?
Once your package is in the hands of Purolator or Canada Post, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow its progress. You will be able to track your package at any time.
Please note that in case of absence at the time of delivery, the package will be sent to the nearest office. You will then have 5 business days to retrieve your package or it will be returned to us. It is your responsibility to contact us or Purolator/Canada Post if you wish to have a second delivery attempt made before the 5 day deadline. In the event that the package is returned to us, a new delivery can be made at your expense.
Can I pick up my order at the workshop?
Yes, for people in the greater Gatineau-Ottawa area! To schedule a free pick-up at our workshop, select the Pick-up option when you purchase.
This is done at our workshop from Monday to Thursday until December 23rd from 9am to 4pm at 444 St-René East, Gatineau, QC, J8P 8A9.
You can pick up your order in our workshop as soon as you receive the order pick-up confirmation email. The preparation time for orders is 24 to 72 business hours (additional time may be required in November-December).
Hours may be extended in December, contact us by messenger if needed.
