FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - CORPORATE
We have a minimum order size of 20 boxes with a minimum value of $35 for our personalized corporate gift service.
There is no minimum order size to order from our ready-to-deliver gift collection on our online store.
The steps that lead to the delivery of your boxes:
1. We will analyze the submitted quote form
2. We will respond with a content proposal and pricing
3. Once the proposal is accepted, we will confirm the volume, delivery date and box customization options
4. An electronic invoice will be sent to you for payment
5. Once payment is received, we will get to work on the purchase orders and assembly
6. We will confirm the delivery information before shipping
During high volume periods in November and December, shipping times may be longer than 72 business hours. All in-stock boxes will ship within 48-72 hours of order payment under normal circumstances. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery with Purolator. Please note that custom items and special requests may require additional time. Delivery times for special orders will be confirmed prior to payment of the order. Lead times for special orders will be confirmed to you prior to payment of the order. Ideal notice is 2-3 weeks...but we often work miracles!

CONTENTS OF THE BOXES
Unfortunately, the Liquor, Racing and Gaming Board does not allow us to resell or handle alcoholic products.
We do, however, have a superb selection of alcohol-related products for prestigious and festive boxes.
Absolutely, we have a wide selection of custom items available for any budget - promotional materials of all kinds, wooden items, wellness items, etc.
Do you have promotional items on hand that you would like to include in our boxes? Don't hesitate to let us know.
We invite you to write to us to inquire. Some of our boxes are offered in limited quantities and for a limited time. Since they are made up of products sourced from various local businesses, artisans and producers, the stock is not guaranteed and varies over the months. For these reasons, some boxes may be replenished while others will be discontinued. Please note that if the desired box is out of stock indefinitely, we will still be happy to work with you to deliver a custom box that will meet your needs!

The price of a box includes much more than the items inside! Shop moi ça doesn't calculate the price solely based on the market value of the items considering that we offer a value-added service (custom and personalized selection, presentation, packaging, printing with logo, shipping).
We offer gift sets based on the proposed budget taking into account various factors such as shipping, packaging, etc. in order to provide you with the best quality-price options. A volume discount is also factored into our pricing.
We ship all over Canada
Our workshop is located in Gatineau, QC, Canada. If you would like to ship boxes to the US, contact us and we will see what we can do.
Yes, it is always possible to pick up your packages in person at our workshop in Gatineau, QC, by appointment.
With Shop moi ça, anything is possible and we will be happy to work with you to coordinate delivery and reduce possible shipping costs and delays!
Our team will send you a template address file to complete. The client is responsible for validating the addresses. This validation includes the office number and company name for all business addresses, as well as the unit number and access code (if applicable) for residential addresses and the phone number. Shop moi ça will import the address list into its shipping software and report any invalid addresses to the customer for verification or replacement; it is the customer's responsibility to provide the new addresses in a timely manner so as not to delay shipment.
Package returns and address changes will be reported to you and charged.
Packages are generally left at the door, without a signature, after ringing/knocking at the recipient's home. In cases where Purolator deems it unsafe to leave the package at the door (apartment block, busy street, etc.), Purolator leaves a notice to inform the recipient that their package will be available at the nearest Purolator counter. The recipient can also request online or by phone for a 2nd delivery attempt, free of charge.
In the event that the carrier is unable to complete the delivery (wrong address, package not picked up, address not found, etc.), the package will be returned to us after 5 days at the counter. In these cases, we will notify you upon receipt. A fee of $15 is applicable to send the package a second time. This fee also applies to requests for address changes once the packages are in transit.
PROGRAM AND POLICIES
For any referral from you that results in an order of 25 or more gift boxes for a new corporate customer, we offer a $50 gift certificate, valid on our online store, as a thank you.
To refer a new client :
1. Send the link to our corporate gifts page to people to be referred
2. When the person completes the request a quote form, they must include your name or email address
3. As soon as the order is confirmed and delivered, you will receive your gift card by email
As you can see, it's simple! All you have to do is send the link and mention to add yourself as a referrer.
We reserve the right to make last minute substitutions if we are out of stock on an item. We will make every effort to contact you in advance to get approval for the substitution, but if we do not hear from you (or if our order volume does not allow time to contact you), we will make an appropriate item exchange in the interest of timely delivery of your gift.
