The LOLO Kit brings together the essentials of the baby and family care range in a practical format, ideal for travel, getaways, or simply to discover LOLO products.
Carefully crafted in Quebec from natural ingredients, including La Belle Excuse extra virgin olive oil, these products are inspired by European traditions, where olive oil has long been recognized and used in body care. Gentle and versatile, they are suitable from birth and can be used by the whole family.
KIT COMPOSITION:
- Pillow Mist – 15 ml
- Olive Oil Castile Soap – 40 g
- Oleocalcareous Liniment – 50 ml
- Olive Oil Bubble Bath – 60 ml
- Olive Oil Moisturizing Lotion – 50 ml
- Gentle Body and Hair Wash – 60 ml
Bonus: an organic bamboo and cotton washcloth, soft for little ones' delicate skin. Practical at home and on the go, it perfectly complements this baby care kit.
Note: This product will be delivered in a reused bag/box. To have it prepared in a box with a Shop moi ça sleeve, please add the Shop moi ça box when adding to cart.
If your cart already contains a gift box, we can add the items to it. Please indicate this in the notes.
DELIVERY
Which delivery company is responsible for delivering my box?
Shipping is available within Canada only. In Quebec and Ontario, shipping is via Canada Post, Nationex or Purolator. For volume orders, delivery may be made via other carriers.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address when confirming your order.
What are the shipping rates?
STANDARD SHIPPING QC–ON
Standard shipping to Ontario and Québec is free for all orders of $80 or more, except for remote regions.
For orders under $80, a flat rate of $2 or $16 applies depending on the area.
STANDARD SHIPPING – OTHER PROVINCES
For all other Canadian provinces, free shipping is offered on orders over $160 before taxes.
For orders under $160, the flat rate is $16.
In certain situations (remote regions, PO boxes, carrier strikes, etc.), Shop moi ça reserves the right not to honour its usual shipping policy. In these cases, an additional fee may apply, even if your order exceeds $80 or $160 (before taxes, after discounts or promotions). We will contact you if needed before shipping.
What is the delivery time for orders?
All boxes will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment of the order. Allow 1-2 business days for delivery. Please note that personalized items and special requests may cause additional delays.
I need my order to be delivered ASAP. Do you have any accelerated delivery options?
Other than direct pick-up at our Gatineau workshop, a minimum of 24 working hours is required for shipping. Same-day delivery is currently not possible.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is handed over to Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Click on the link and track your order whenever you like!
Please note that if you miss your delivery, your package will be handed over to the closest post office. You will then have 5 business days to collect it before the package is sent back to us. Should you wish for a second delivery attempt, it is your responsibility to contact Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post within the 5 business days deadline. If the package is sent back to us, we can arrange to have it shipped out again at your request and you will be charged for all costs and fees.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Can I make an exchange?
Yes, exchanges are accepted. Kindly get in touch with us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Please note that you will be charged for all shipping fees related to the exchange (returning the original order and shipping for the new order).
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. If you experience any issues with your order, we ask you to kindly get in touch with us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Please provide pictures and make notes of all issues and defects. We will examine your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
For all modifications or cancellations, kindly get in touch with us as soon as possible by sending us an email at info@shopmoica.ca. We will not accept any requests for modifications or cancellation after the order has been shipped.
