It’s cold outside. Inside? That’s a whole different story. The Winter Cocooning box brings together a few essentials to slow down, warm up, and fully embrace those days when staying in your comfiest clothes is clearly the best option.
The plan is simple: run a hot bath and drop in the Sugar & Spice bath cube, light the Winter Spirit candle, then make yourself a cup of spiced apple tea. It smells amazing, everything feels warm and cozy, and suddenly winter doesn’t seem so bad after all.
We also tucked in a travel-size eucalyptus and mint soap, along with our ultra-soft washcloth made by us (!) Two little essentials that round out the ritual and can be used long after your cozy night is over.
Give it to the person who’s always cold, the one counting down the days until the first snowfall… or the one who would much rather watch it fall from the warm side of the window.

DELIVERY
Which delivery company is responsible for delivering my box?
Shipping is available within Canada only. In Quebec and Ontario, shipping is via Canada Post, Nationex or Purolator. For volume orders, delivery may be made via other carriers.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address when confirming your order.
What are the shipping rates?
STANDARD SHIPPING QC–ON
Standard shipping to Ontario and Québec is free for all orders of $80 or more, except for remote regions.
For orders under $80, a flat rate of $2 or $16 applies depending on the area.
STANDARD SHIPPING – OTHER PROVINCES
For all other Canadian provinces, free shipping is offered on orders over $160 before taxes.
For orders under $160, the flat rate is $16.
In certain situations (remote regions, PO boxes, carrier strikes, etc.), Shop moi ça reserves the right not to honour its usual shipping policy. In these cases, an additional fee may apply, even if your order exceeds $80 or $160 (before taxes, after discounts or promotions). We will contact you if needed before shipping.
What is the delivery time for orders?
All boxes will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment of the order. Allow 1-2 business days for delivery. Please note that personalized items and special requests may cause additional delays.
I need my order to be delivered ASAP. Do you have any accelerated delivery options?
Other than direct pick-up at our Gatineau workshop, a minimum of 24 working hours is required for shipping. Same-day delivery is currently not possible.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is handed over to Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Click on the link and track your order whenever you like!
Please note that if you miss your delivery, your package will be handed over to the closest post office. You will then have 5 business days to collect it before the package is sent back to us. Should you wish for a second delivery attempt, it is your responsibility to contact Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post within the 5 business days deadline. If the package is sent back to us, we can arrange to have it shipped out again at your request and you will be charged for all costs and fees.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our products are carefully selected and packed with the utmost care, and we want to give you the best unboxing experience.
Can I make an exchange?
Yes, exchanges are accepted. Kindly get in touch with us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Please note that you will be charged for all shipping fees related to the exchange (returning the original order and shipping for the new order).
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. If you experience any issues with your order, we ask you to kindly get in touch with us within 5 business days after receiving your order. Please provide pictures and make notes of all issues and defects. We will examine your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
For all modifications or cancellations, kindly get in touch with us as soon as possible by sending us an email at info@shopmoica.ca. We will not accept any requests for modifications or cancellation after the order has been shipped.
Delivered without invoice.
You can include a personalized video or audio message with your gift, a pre-written note or a handwritten note in a lovely greeting card or on a seasonal card in your cart.
