It all started in 2016, in Carole's kitchen. Then, the dream grew: a stint in her father's garage, a first premises, a boutique-workshop in Rosemont, an R&D laboratory, and finally, a vegan coffee shop-boutique on the Plateau Mont-Royal. A true Quebec success story, woven with patience, passion, and rose water — literally.
