Savouring every bite, they discovered dishes rich in flavour and texture, inspired by Nordic cuisine. Claudia and Lenka, brave as ever, tried the icy Nordic waterfall. It’s a thermal shock that, despite the initial shiver, gives you an incredible feeling of revitalization. As they laughingly put it: “It wakes you up faster than a double espresso!”

Hammocks and relaxation rooms: The height of relaxation

Their explorations then led them to the hammocks and relaxation rooms. Comfortably seated, lulled by the gentle movement of the hammocks, they let the time fly by, enjoying every moment of calm. As for the numerous relaxation areas, they offered a perfect spot of tranquility, ideal for meditation or a restorative nap.

The rivière à Simon: A proven favourite at Strøm Saint-Sauveur

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly discovering the rivière à Simon. Nestled in a natural setting, this river confers an incomparable sense of intimacy and serenity. “We felt like we were in another world,” said Lenka, amazed by the beauty of the scenery. The river, with its low-water level sections, allows you to walk in the sunshine, then go into the deeper parts to cool off, while watching the small fish that swim by.
