A Canada Post strike in the middle of the holiday season is never ideal.

But don't worry, we've got everything in place to make sure your gifts arrive stress-free.

Our actions to deliver your gifts

Our team anticipated the Canada Post strike a few weeks ago and took action to ensure the delivery of your gift boxes in time for the holidays. Thanks to our Plan B (and even Plan C!), your orders are shipped via Purolator, Nationex or other reliable carriers.

These carriers already handle the majority of our deliveries, and we'll continue to rely on them to minimize the impact of the strike on your orders.

What is affected by this strike

Deliveries to a PO Box:
No alternative carrier fully covers PO Boxes at this time. If we notice a PO Box address in your order, we will contact you to request an alternate delivery address or if you prefer to wait for Canada Post to return your order. We recommend a physical address to avoid delays.

Deliveries to remote areas :
Deliveries to remote rural areas may be affected, as no alternative carrier fully serves these areas on a frequent schedule. If we cannot find a solution for a specific address, we will keep you informed to discuss possible options via email.

🚨Important note - The various carriers across Canada seem to be observing delays in parcel processing in view of the increased volume due to the Canada Post strike. To avoid any delays, the date of delivery will not be considered for shipments to be made before December 23. Our internal processing times are maintained, but carrier delivery times are not guaranteed. No refunds will be made for late deliveries.
